Have you ever looked at the keyboard on your phone and been overwhelmed by the dozens of tiny keys? Do you wish that your keyboard supported more non-visual feedback? Do you ever feel patronized by the lack of challenge in your daily text inputting activities?Fear not because thanks to our new Android custom keyboard, you never have to be burdened with multiple keys again. This minimalist keyboard allows you to live the authentic telegraph experience. More specifically, this is a Morse code keyboard with only one button. By using the duration of button presses and the pauses in between, our single button keyboard decodes your rhythmic tapping into actual words and phrases. To ensure an authentic telegraph experience, the key produces genuine beeping with taps. In case you yearn for visual feedback, it also displays the series of dots and dashes youve inputted so far.Current Features:- Extremely minimalist design!- Compatible with most Android devices!- Support for capital letters, numbers, and some punctuation marks such as periods, commas, question marks, and close parentheses!- Pause time recognition to separate words and letters!- A bonus backspace feature for when you want to hide your lack of Morse prowess! (This can be activated by holding the button down for 3+ seconds.)- Authentic beeping!- Perfect for small screens!- And no microtransactions!To enable the Morse Code keyboard, go to Settings > System > Language and input > Default Keyboard > Set Up Input Methods and choose "Minimalist Keyboard". Fantastic. I recently got into Morse Code do this app we be a great help in practicing!
Really great. It's missing a lot of codes though, like $ ...-..- , backspace ........ , new line/enter .-.- as a couple of examples.
Not showing anywhere. I use Lenovo Phab
(Switching back to mailtap for the rest of this review) This has a few fatal shortcomings, as it is lacking in the features department. It has no auto-capitalization (defaults to upper-case), and it has no delete function (the standard error/ignore word, ......... , would work fine). Not to mention that the sound makes it useless for covert operations (or texting while watching a video at the same time).
I was finally able to write home with this app
The only thing it needs is an enter key or enter method, a lower case automation and it would be complete!
SIMPLE FUNCTIONAL AND ELEGANT. IT ONLY TOOK 20 MINUTES TO WRITE THIS REVIEW.
